OWNER-OPERATED · COMMERCIAL FIELD ENGINEERING

SINCE 2018

Built around practical field engineering.

Beer Care Dispense Solutions has been trading since 2018, providing specialist support for commercial draught beer systems.

The business has developed around practical site work — installing systems, tracing faults, maintaining equipment and helping venues understand what needs attention next.

DIRECT SUPPORT

The person discussing the problem is close to the work itself.

Beer Care is owner-operated. Core Beer Care engineering services are delivered directly by Beer Care rather than passed through a large call-centre or subcontractor network.

This keeps communication close to the actual system, the fault and the work required.

DIRECT COMMUNICATION — Discuss the issue directly with Beer Care.
SITE KNOWLEDGE — Repeat visits build practical knowledge of the venue and its system.
TECHNICAL CONTINUITY — The person assessing the work remains close to the engineering decisions.
ACCOUNTABILITY — Recommendations can be explained directly and practically.

MORE THAN ONE TYPE OF JOB

Reactive when something fails.
Planned when it should not be left until it does.

Beer Care supports both immediate operational problems and longer-term maintenance needs.

REACTIVE SUPPORT — Fault finding, repairs and urgent engineering support when an existing system is not operating as expected, subject to availability.

PLANNED SUPPORT — Scheduled maintenance, system reviews and project work arranged around the venue and equipment.

WHERE BEER CARE WORKS

North Wales and the North West.

Beer Care works across a broad regional area, from Wrexham, Flintshire and Deeside along the A55 corridor and North Wales coast, across Anglesey and as far west as Holyhead.

Support also extends into Chester, Cheshire, Wirral and Liverpool.

Regular regional travel is part of the business, although availability varies by service type, travel requirements and existing commitments.

ONGOING SUPPORT

The best system knowledge builds over time.

Beer Care System Care Plans provide scheduled maintenance for venues that prefer their draught system to be reviewed regularly rather than relying only on reactive call-outs.

Available visit schedules are every two months, quarterly or bespoke.

Care Plan customers receive preferential scheduling and preferential rates for additional Beer Care work outside their planned maintenance visits. Scheduling is subject to engineer availability, location and existing urgent commitments. No fixed response time is guaranteed.

Parts are not included. Emergency call-outs are not included.

CELLARSENTINEL

Smart monitoring alongside practical engineering

Beer Care developed CellarSentinel to add continuous visibility between physical visits. Customers can check key cooler and cellar conditions remotely, review monitoring history and receive email alerts when something may need attention.

It complements Beer Care’s practical draught dispense engineering rather than replacing it.

Suitable Wi-Fi connectivity is required. Monitoring is assessed separately from Care Plans.
