RETROFIT MONITORING
Designed to work with your existing cooler.
CellarSentinel is installed alongside suitable existing cellar cooling equipment. There is no requirement to replace a working cooler simply to gain remote monitoring.
Beer Care assesses the equipment, installation position, power and available connectivity before confirming suitability.
Suitable Wi-Fi is currently required.

PLANNED CARE + REMOTE MONITORING
Monitoring between Beer Care visits.
A physical maintenance visit gives Beer Care a detailed view of the system at that point in time. CellarSentinel can add visibility between those visits.
For suitable venues, monitoring can complement a Beer Care System Care Plan and provide additional context if conditions change between scheduled maintenance visits.
Monitoring is agreed for the venue and is not automatically included with every Care Plan.

What to expect from CellarSentinel.
Can I see CellarSentinel on my phone?
Yes. Your customer dashboard lets you check current status, readings and monitoring history from your phone. Beer Care confirms access as part of your monitoring setup.
Does CellarSentinel replace my cooler?
No. It is installed alongside suitable existing equipment, so a working cooler does not need replacing simply to add monitoring.
Do I need Wi-Fi?
Yes. Suitable Wi-Fi is currently required. Beer Care checks connectivity and the practical installation requirements before confirming suitability.
What happens during line cleaning?
Maintenance Mode recognises planned activity so temporary changes do not generate unnecessary alerts. Normal monitoring resumes afterwards.
Does an alert mean my cooler has definitely failed?
No. An alert flags a condition that may need attention. It provides earlier information for an appropriate check; it does not automatically diagnose a failed component.
Does CellarSentinel replace servicing?
No. It adds visibility between visits and works alongside physical maintenance and normal venue checks.
Can Beer Care help if an alert identifies a problem?
Yes. Beer Care can review available monitoring information, advise on appropriate checks and discuss engineering support where required. Attendance is arranged subject to availability.
Can more than one cooler or venue be monitored?
Talk to Beer Care about your equipment and sites. The appropriate monitoring arrangement and customer access are confirmed for each installation.
Smart monitoring supports good cellar management.
CellarSentinel provides monitoring and early-warning information. It does not guarantee detection of every possible equipment fault, replace physical maintenance or remove the need for appropriate venue checks and procedures.
