PLANNING FIRST

A dispense system has to work as a system.

Before installation, practical decisions should consider the venue, equipment and operating conditions rather than treating each component in isolation.

01

VENUE LAYOUT

Bar, cellar and equipment locations.

02

COOLING

Cooler positioning and practical cooling requirements.

03

GAS & PRESSURE

Suitable pressure arrangements within the dispense system.

04

PIPEWORK / ROUTING

Practical routing, access and serviceability.

05

MAINTENANCE ACCESS

Ensuring equipment can be inspected, serviced and repaired later.

06

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

The practical needs of the venue and dispense setup.

INSTALLATION SCOPE

From equipment layout to working dispense system.

Beer Care can plan and deliver the agreed dispense installation scope, with attention to practical configuration, future access and clear handover.

BEER CARE PROJECT PROCESS

A clear route from first discussion to handover.

Practical decisions are made in sequence, so the agreed installation is planned around the real venue and its constraints.

01

DISCUSS

Understand the venue, project and dispense requirements.

02

ASSESS

Review layout, equipment needs, cooling, gas and pressure, and practical constraints.

03

PLAN

Agree an appropriate system approach and scope.

04

INSTALL

Carry out the agreed installation work.

05

TEST

Check the installed system is functioning as expected within the agreed scope.

06

HANDOVER

Explain relevant operation, maintenance considerations and next steps.

PROJECT COORDINATION

Built to fit the wider project.

Draught beer installation often sits alongside electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, joinery and bar-fit work.

Beer Care can coordinate the dispense element with the venue and relevant contractors so that equipment locations, access and installation sequencing are considered early.

The system should make sense after the tools are packed away.

Installation is not just about mounting equipment. Before handover, Beer Care checks the agreed system functionality and can explain relevant operating and maintenance considerations to the venue.

ONGOING CARE

Installation is the start of the system lifecycle.

Beer Care can continue to support installed systems through planned maintenance and practical engineering support.

BEER CARE SYSTEM CARE PLANS

Scheduled maintenance shaped around the system.

Maintenance options can be arranged every two months, quarterly or on a bespoke schedule.

EVERY TWO MONTHS · QUARTERLY · BESPOKE

CELLARSENTINEL

Optional CellarSentinel monitoring

For suitable installations, CellarSentinel can add 24/7 monitoring of key cooler and cellar conditions, customer phone access and configured email alerts after installation.

It can also be considered for suitable existing cooling equipment — a new cooler is not required simply to gain monitoring.
